Corneliu Dinu Serfezi took Master exam on viola as soloist and chamber musician at George Enescu Music Academy in Iasi, Romania. There he studied for professors Gaspar Markos and Dan Prelipcean among others.
Since finishing his studies, he has been engaged as a soloist and chamber musician at numerous orchestras and ensembles in Romania, Moldova, Scandinavia and regularly touring both in Sweden and abroad. His performances have been broadcast in Romanian, Moldavian and Swedish radio and television. He has also participated in a number of recordings with other artists. Dinu Serfezi works today as orchestra musician for Malmö Symphony Orchestra, Stockholm Soloists Chamber Orchestra and frequently for the Danish Royal Orchestra in Copenhagen. Since 2011 he is a permanent member of the Swedish String Quartet together with Andrei Nikolaev, Benjamin Mönnekes and Klas Edvall.
Besides the playing, he also teaches at Malmö Latin music school.
