TÓTH, Sámuel Csaba (HUN)

Collaborative Pianist

Sámuel Tóth was born in Kolozsvár, Romania, in 1989. He began his musical studies in his native town, then continued them at Béla Bartók Conservatory in Budapest from 2003. In 2013 he graduated (cum laude) at the Franz Liszt Music Academy as pianist, piano teacher and piano accompanist. His professors were András Kemenes, Balázs Kecskés, Lázsló Baranyay, Endre Hegedűs, and Miklós Harazdy.

As an accompanist, he works with three choirs. One of them is the Central Baptist Choir whose leader is Gábor Oláh, the conductor of the Hungarian Radio Choir. Currently he works at the Hungarian State Opera House as a vocal coach, and plays concerts with the musicians of the Opera House on a regular basis.
